Reiki means Univerval Life Force Energy. It is a way of chanelling the body's life energy to address not only physical disorders, but also to open the mind to the causes of disease and pain.

Reiki is not a religion. The use of Reiki energy can be traced back thousands of years, spanning many diverse cultures and civilisations. It was reintroduced in its present form in the late 19th century after many years of dedicated research by Dr. Mikao Usui, a Japanese Christian educator. The traditions of Reiki have been passed down over the years from teacher to student, and have since spread worldwide. A teacher of Reiki, who is qualified to attune others, is known as a Reiki Master.

Reiki flows through every living thing, since it is our life force. This energy or 'Ki', as it is known in Japan, has been recognised in the East for centuries as being vital to our health and wellbeing. When our Life Force energy is flowing freely we feel happy, uplifted and healthy. When our energy is low or becomes blocked, we become more prone to stress, depression and illness.

Usui Reiki is a healing system that is named after the Japanese doctor who discovered it, Dr Mikao Usui, about 100 years ago. He is said to have sat on the top of Mount Kurama and meditated for 21 days after which he “found” or “discovered” or channelled” the Reiki symbols we know and use today. The symbols are literally gateways to energy frequencies, and when we are attuned to use them, we are attuned to channel those energy frequencies through us.

Reiki Master Course: Become a Master and Teacher

This is the advanced Master plus Teacher level. After having completed the Reiki Level 2 training, you can seize the opportunity to train to the Master & Teacher level in the Usui Method of Natural Healing. This level will significantly increase your personal energy as well as enabling you to initiate others into Reiki. Reiki 1 Course: Your Reiki Level 1 attunement

This Reiki course includes an introduction to the human energy field and the chakras, which will give you first-hand understanding of the subtle bodies. You will receive authentic, individual 4 x Reiki Level 1 attunements. This is an energy transmission that enables you to “channel” the Reiki healing energy. It will be given to you by Pippa. You will hear the story of Mikao Usui’s quest for this powerful healing energy, which you will begin to use during the hands-on practice session.

Firstly you will learn:

what Reiki is, its history, how it was discovered and how it came to the West
what and where the chakras are and how to work with them
the foundations and guidelines for Energy Healing
insights into the nature of disease, why people get ill and how they can heal
Reiki breathing and visualisation, feeling the Reiki energy
what a Reiki attunement (“Reiju” in Japanese) is and what it does.

The second part of the day, there will be lots of practicing and you will learn:

the hand positions for giving others a Reiki treatment and for self-healing
the structure of a healing session, how to prepare the space, yourself and the receiver
sensing the different chakras and using the Reiki Chakra Balancing Technique
how to use Reiki for healing pets, growing plants and energising your food
the benefits of Reiki and how it complements other therapies.

Reiki 2 Course: Your Reiki Level 2 attunement

During the course of this day, you will receive authentic, individual 4 x Reiki Level 2 attunements. This is an energy transmission, which Pippa will give to you. The Reiki Level 2 course further enhances and refines your ability to work with Reiki. Here you will also learn the Distance Healing technique and symbol which is an invaluable tool for helping people when you can’t be physically with them. There are also two more symbols to learn at level 2.

Highlights of Reiki Level 2 are:

The initiation into the three sacred Reiki Level 2 symbols.
The Reiki Level 2 attunements, which will significantly increase your personal energy.
Distance Healing across space and time, allowing you to heal your past, prepare for the future and help others even when far away.

Reiki means Univerval Life Force Energy. Ki is energy.

Angelic Reiki is one of the “newer” forms of Reiki. Over the last fifteen or so years, several newer forms of Reiki have come through to be used by us all, for example Karuna Reiki and Ascension Reiki.

Angelic Reiki uses the same Reiki symbols used in Usui Reiki, but the symbols carry additional Angelic frequencies of energy.

Angelic Reiki was channelled by Kevin Core between October 2002 and February 2003, who worked together with his wife Christine Core to share it around the world.

Angelic Reiki enables us to connect with much broader and higher frequencies of energy than we were able to connect with in the days when Dr. Usui first channeled Reiki, which support us as our own energy fields and consciousness have evolved since then.

The higher and broader frequencies of energy used in Angelic Reiki means that both practitioners and clients can have more sensory seeing colours, visualisations, and having feelings of the angels working on them for example. Attunements are carried out by each participants’ own Healing Angel.
